Beyoncé is set to release her latest album titled ‘Act II: Cowboy Carter’ on March 29th.

In a continued streak of surprises, Beyoncé revealed a new detail on Tuesday, March 12th. The upcoming album now has a title: “Act II: Cowboy Carter.” This announcement was made on Beyoncé’s official website, which also shared information about various limited-edition CD, vinyl, and box set releases.

“Act II: Cowboy Carter” arrives March 29.

Beyoncé initially shared news about her upcoming album last month, following her appearance in a Verizon commercial during the Super Bowl. The commercial concluded with Beyoncé declaring, “Bey ready, drop the new music.” The primary details about the release were hinted at through a cryptic Instagram video featuring country imagery, suggesting the arrival of “Act II” in March. (It’s worth noting that Beyoncé’s 2022 album, “Renaissance,” is often referred to as “Act I: Renaissance.”)

Shortly after the announcement, Beyoncé unveiled two new country tracks, namely “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages.” These releases marked a historic moment as Beyoncé became the first Black woman to achieve the top spot on Billboard’s country music chart.
